What is your return policy for worn sports equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in original condition with tags. For hygiene and safety reasons, used protective gear and base layers cannot be returned unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
How long does shipping take for heavy gym equipment?
Standard apparel and footwear typically arrive within 3-5 business days. For oversized items like treadmills or weight racks, please allow 7-14 business days for specialized freight delivery and scheduling.
Does The Epicentre offer a warranty on high-performance footwear?
Yes, all our performance footwear is covered by a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover standard wear and tear from regular athletic use or competitive play.
